As per the new system, how can I transfer my visa without authorisation of the current employer and without exiting the country? I have better offers from other companies. How do I go about this?

I have informed my company about my plan to resign. My employment contract was for fi ve years of which I have completed two. Is there a restriction on getting a new visa? Do I need a no-objection certifi cate from my employer?
