imprisonment

My friend borrowed money from me for personal purpose and he refused to pay me back. I have filed a civil case against him and I received favourable judgment. Still he is not willing to pay. I have imposed a travel ban on him but he travels by providing guarantee. Is there any way to put him in jail to get my payment? 

A friend of mine is taken into custody by police and later moved to Niyaba near City Center. Though they said police will release him, but he is still in custody. Can the police hold him in custody? He came to Qatar on a visit visa. He was in Qatar working in a company before and exited for vacation a year ago but didn’t return.
